Bug Description
SO version: karmic koala alpha1, kernel 2.6.30-5-generic
Notebook: HP530, IBM ThinkPad T42, HEDY v510
After an upgrade from 9.04 to 9.10 Alpha 1, the touch-to-click functionality of the touchpad doesn't work anymore, even though the "Enable mouse click with touchpad" options is checked in mouse preferences.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Upgrade to 9.10
2. Move the mouse cursor to any menu
3. Tap on the touchpad
Expected result:
The menu should open as if the left mouse button had been clicked.
Actual result:
The menu does not open.
