The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  librcc-dev: Depends: librcc0 (= 0.2.8-2) but it is not going to be installed
              Depends: librccgtk2-0 (= 0.2.8-2) but it is not going to be installed

This is actually because enca is not yet in main (ecna is a librcc dependency). See bug 374997.
