Bug Description
The speed in which the icon spins keeps changing, going from really fast to normal and back to really fast. It is actually quite distracting. I have only noticed this behavior when it is uploading, but can't rule out other times.
I would actually prefer the icon be static, just change an emblem for offline or busy.
