Bug Description

This task was started 8 months ago: http://svn.zope.org/?rev=91562&view=rev

I just add it here to keep track of the progress. At the moment we have two 'doc' directories with some redundant documentation. handlers.txt and profiles.txt in Products/GenericSetup/doc might already be obsolete.

I plan to 'svn rm Products/GenericSetup/docs' before releasing 1.5.0b1 today. The handlers and profiles docs have already been moved to the main 'docs' directory and ReST-ified, and the configurator docs are already deprecated.
