kicker position changes randomly

Bug Description

I have positioned my kicker on the top of the desktop. Sometimes, pretty randomly, when I minimize a window by pressing on the taskbar the kicker's main panel moves from top to bottom.

Yeah unfortunately it still is... And it's pretty random as it used to be, don't know how it gets triggered so I can't give any more information... :-(

This is on Kubuntu Edgy with KDE 3.5.5
