Bug Description
Using firefox 1.0.7-0ubuntu2 from Breezy.
When Firefox uploads a file, the file remains locked until that tab is closed. To demonstrate:
Go to flickr.com (for instance). Upload a file. Go to a different site in that same tab. Execute "lsof|grep 'upload_path'". Firefox will still have that file locked until the tab it was uploaded in is closed.
This is an issue for uploading directly from a removable flash reader, since it won't properly eject until the offending tab is closed. "lsof|grep '/media/usbdisk'" will only reveal that firefox has the file open, not which tab must be closed. If you keep a large number of tabs open, it can take a significant amount of time to restart firefox.

I can't reproduce this with 1.5.0.1 in Dapper, so unless I'm doing something wrong, the bug only affects Breezy.
