pageheading and title of branch pages are broken

Bug Description
The pageheading slot of most branch pages use the branch.title instead of the branch.displayname. They do not support branch without a title.
The subscription page should have a consistent page heading (similar to bug's).
The title of most branch pages do not use the branch.displayname.
