Bug Description

Binary package hint: rednotebook

This important bug fix just missed the import deadline and will close #392235. At the moment, the first run of RedNotebook for a given user crashes until ~/.rednotebook has been created manually, which is undesirable.

Please just subscribe ubuntu-universe-sponsors.
Before Feature Freeze there is no need to subscribe MOTU-Release and subscribing MOTU in general is not needed.

Right. I followed the 'General Instructions' direction at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FreezeExceptionProcess, maybe it could be clearer? And I mixed up MOTU and MOTU-Release, but couldn't undo it.
