Bug Description
Problems while using bzr-eclipse:
1. When you use a commit message like çaêí, it does not show properly in the log view.
2. When you have non-ascii chars in project's path, the "compare with > latest from branch" option is not enabled when you change files.
3. When you have non-ascii chars in project's path, the revno command causes an error because of sending non-ascii URL to Bazaar.
