Chapters selection button: in qt, missing, in Tk, only one option

Bug Description

Fedora 11, trunk 2164

When using the qt GUI, there is no button allowing selection of a chapter.

When using the tk GUI, the chapter selection button contains a single chapter node name instead of a selection of names. The name changes if one uses Cmds->Chapters...->Select Chapter to go to a different chapter, but still contains one name and not a selection of names.

In qt. this would be handy to add to contextmenu.py. I.e. A chapters -> submenu that allowed changing chapters, as well as creating new ones (or copying subtrees to a new chapter)

Thanks for this bug report/reminder. It will be fixed for Leo 4.6 final,
and for rc1 if possible.

Apparently, this is a consequence of the following bug:

This looks like a pmw bug, and it's not clear that it can be fixed.

Fixed at the trunk at rev 2667.

The qt gui now supports a fully functional chapters combo box.

The tk gui can not be fixed because of a hard crasher in the pmw code.
