Bug Description

lua-iconv is bindings to iconv for the lua programming language.
It is quite a mature package, and a common requirement for lua programs that seems to have been skipped...

I've finished the packaging for this and I've filed an ITP in debian as well. I'm not sure if I should upload to debian and then wait for the sync or upload to both... I'll find out the answer shortly and let you know.
