Bug Description
Binary package hint: xserver-
Touchpad is disabled in latest (as of today, 2009-07-08) karmic live cd. There is no evidence of it in lshal or lspci. Manually installing xserver-xorg-input synaptics and enabling it manually in xorg.conf doesn't solve the problem.
