Please sync xotcl 1.6.5-1 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

  * Replace aolserver4 dependency with aolserver4-daemon.

aolserver4-xotcl now picks up correct dependencies (aolserver4-daemon, aolserver4-core-4.5.1-0), all binary packages install.
