Bug Description

Choosing Help -> Report Bug... in any KDE application stopped working for me
since 4.3RC1 and still in RC2. Expected is the report bug wizard, but nothing
happens.

I just run into exactly the same problem with KDE-4.3RC3. Upstream says it's a Kubuntu bug:

I'm using Jaunty, with KDE 4.3.1 from backports (and have the same problem).

This is a problem in the PPA packages, they need to be fixed not to use apport on jaunty.
