Cancel button on "Create Bug Report" page (from Support Request) creates the Bug Report anyway

Bug Description
Go to the LP Support page, click on any support request, click on "Create Bug Report".
I'm quite sure I clicked on "Cancel", however it created the Bug Report anyway (to my embarrassment).
