Bug Description
For example :
I seed 4 torrents each one containing ~10 files in it. Ktorrent 1.1 was just listing my torrents and tried to open them when needed. Ktorrent 1.2 opens one thread per file, even if not readed nor writed.
So as Ktorrent opens one thread per file, it is not possible to seed more than 1024 files (which was "as is" in Ktorrent 1.1). So this is clear regression from 1.1.

In svn there was a commit after 1.2 which should close files on the fly when there are not needed.
