Icon for wifi-interface too wide

Bug Description

The new icon looks really nice, but if the monitored interface is a wireless interface, the icon for the signal strength (which is almost unreadable, at least I can't figure out the signal strenght from this one, the old one was fine) make the icons almost three times wider, which just looks extremly ugly. The space between the icon for the interface and the signalstrength-bar is too big and there is also quite some space wasted between the signal strength and the icon right next to it.

I'm not sure this is a dup. The first bug was saying that the bar was
"too wide". I think that referred to the bar being horizontal, as it was
in the first drop of new icons. This bug is different, and is based on
the new icon set. It is saying that there is too much space between the
"send receive icon" and the "signal strength icon".

I don't know what causes that gap, perhaps the signal strength icon is
supposed to be a non-standard size, like 12x24, or perhaps the signal
bar is supposed to be tight up against the *left* of the icon instead of
being tight up against the *right* as it currently is.

The 'old' icons had the following format:

/usr/share/icons/hicolor/48x48/apps/gnome-netstatus-75-100.png: PNG image data, 11 x 32, 8-bit/color RGBA, non-interlaced

The bug I made this a dup of says in the last comment "After todays update the signal bar is now vertical but is still really spaced out to the right. Perhaps it could be moved in a bit? Good art though even if i think the bar is a little too wide now too at 1024x768. -mf"

True, that's "hijacking of a bug" - I'm happy either way, I just don't want to have two bugs open about it. :-)

OK, as long as there is still a bug open to move the signal strength bar
closer to the network status icon.
