Bug Description
I use a central authentication server (LDAP/Kerberos) on my Ubuntu network.
For each machine, there's an admin group in ldap which I put in sudoers instead of the admin group.
This way, I can give LDAP users admin access to certain boxes.
This worked very well in Breezy, but in Dapper the admin section of the menu shows only those entries you are allowed to access. But it seems it uses membership op the admin group to determine this.
As I do not use that group, my admin users also do not see these options.

Confirmed, we could set a gconf key to activate or not the feature
