Bug Description
The Involvement (or Participation) menu has very specific formatting rules. A portlet is need to render them consistently.
The involvement menu will have predefined links.
For IPerson the links are called Participation. They are links to Code, Bugs, Blueprints, Translations, Answers. They are the same links as the IPerson tabs. They report the kind of activities the person has done in that application.
For IPillar, the links are called Get Involved. The links replace the buttons that encourage cross application activity: Report a bug, Ask a question, Help translate, Submit code, Register a blueprint. The links will only appear if the pillar has enabled the launchpad usage.
