Impossible to import mails

Bug Description

Kubuntu Dapper Up2Date

I tried every "possibility" I could imagine, I have NEVER been able to have an activable menu item "File" => "Import messages..." (rapid translation from french version : "Fichier" => "Importer des messages....").

You must install kmailcvt and restart kmail, it works after that. Sadly, kmailcvt is not a dependency of kubuntu-desktop and thus not available in a plain installation. Maybe it would be good to add it as a dependency?

Or this should be explained in Kmail... Without any explanation, a cannot know that... (I could look in packages, but it's not what a beginner would do.)
