nothing shows in window

Bug Description

When I run systemsettings, the window opens but is totally black, this is on a fresh dapper install, amd64.

seems to have gone away after I came back from holidays. I just turned on my computer again and the problem was gone, although I had done reboots before. Very strange. Anyway, problem solved, some glitch probably. I have no idea how to replicate it.
