USB Modem e156G not working

Binary package hint: network-manager
I can't connect with my e156g USB Modem, but with my USB Modem e170 works fine. I even deactivated pin but still doesn't work.

after some debugging with asac help I figure out to put this modem working :-)
for reference I added this PPA: https:/ /edge.launchpad .net/~network- manager/ +archive/ ppa
and deleted the connection that I had and used the connection wizard to create a new connection. Some modems needs to have user and passwd filled, any will do. And some need the right APN.
