[PATCH] menu to force aspect ratio does wrong thing

Bug Description

right now forcing aspect ratio to 4:3 will force the
pixel aspect ratio to 4:3 not the screen aspect ratio.

in the case of 4:3, 16:9 and DVB this should be screen aspect
ratio.

i filed a bug with patch about this upstream

would be nice to see this in dapper.

       setting usage (Ubuntu: #40904)

     - patch from upstream, work by Gary Coady <email address hidden>, fix the
       playing of protocoles not listed by firefox (Ubuntu: #38584)
