Bug Description
I wish that items in a menubar were highlighted on mouseover, like it happens for toolbars.
Currently I get a feeling of unresponsiveness when the mouse goes over a menu bar and the item isn't highlighted. I can't get used to it because the toolbar does highlight its items on mouseover.
