Bug Description

The openGL headers supposed to be located at:
/usr/include/GL/gl.h
/usr/include/GL/glext.h
are missing in the current package.

This problem is also reported on the Ubuntu forums:

Not so simple. I upgraded from breezy to dapper (dunno whether that was the problem) and with mesa-common-dev installed I was missing gl.h. I had to uninstall, then reinstall, to get gl.h. And to get all the major pieces (e.g. glx.h, glu.h) I had to install libgl1-mesa-dev and also libglu1-mesa-dev.
