Bug Description
We recently refactored chunks of the librarian-gc.
The new code is reporting a file missing from disk that should be there.
2009-08-07 18:56:45 ERROR LibraryFileContent 34532034 exists in the db but not at /srv/launchpadl
This is hopefully benign, but we should investigate further.
librarian-gc is currently disabled on production and should be reenabled once we are satisfied this alert isn't from a dataloss bug in the new librarian-gc code.

Marking this critical because space usage growth on the librarian basically gives us approx 30 days before we run out of disk space on the librarian (at which point LP falls over).
