Bug Description

I just made the upgrade to the latest tango-icon-theme, and it caused the Ubuntu logo to vanish from the GNOME Applications menu, replaced instead by what I can only assume is the standard Tango icon (a pair of blue feet?).

Seeing as Tango is a 'generic' icon theme, I think it would be better to patch the other themes to have their own link to 'distributor-logo.png'

        * start-here: more of a placeholder than anything useful.
Vendors/Distributions will replace this with some branding anyway.
