"user", "password" are not Polish

Bug Description

In Polish locale "user" and "password" is at the KDM prompt, which should respectively be "użytkownik" and "hasło".

This seems to be translated in Rosetta though

This is not a bug in translation, KDM is not using correct locale after installation. Marking as duplicate of bug 45490.
