sabayon-admin should be a system user

Bug Description

Sabayon creates a sabayon-admin user when installed.
This is now a normal user, where it should be a system user (uid < 500)

Fixed in my ppa. As well, sabayon-admin group wasn't being removed on a package purge. This has been fixed as well.
