[karmic] in KDE apport complains: "No such file or directory"

Bug Description

Binary package hint: apport-kde

Kubuntu Karmic alpha + all upgrades.

Apport opens a window with the title "Bledy raport o problemie" [translation: report on a problem has an error], the message in the window is "No such file or directory". As a result it is not possible to report a bug.

This bug is probably related to bug #405378

Command ps aux | grep apport
results with:

The bug seems to be gone and bug reporting is fine again.
