Bug Description

I always get an error with an attached piece in email generate by poweremail.

I didn't ask to join a piece or report in the template and when the mail is sended, the recipient receive the mail with a pdf file name "part1.1.pdf" and it doesn't launch at opening.

Can you check if the sent file opens in a text viewer. We have configured poweremail to send the text version and html versions as mime multipart alternative.

Hence some browsers show the text version as an attachment. Can you confirm if its the text version, else please forward us the email that you received from Power Email to sharoon.thomas at openlabs.co.in

After control, the sent file contains the mail in text version.
For your information, the mailreader is latest thunderbird version.

Open ERP GTK client has no web/html widget but only a text box.

Even a mail you send from gmail is sent as a text version & html version of which the text version is displayed in the GTK client & both in the web client. So when i talk about limitation of mail readers, it is assossiated with poweremail (due to openerp) as well.

I will check in once more into the mime parts and will fix this in next release

Version 0.6 has this bug fixed.

Part information in thunderbird appears only when both html & text are sent. (Cant help it).
