Kubuntu profile for Konqueror is very user-unfriendly

Bug Description

The idea to simplify Konqueror is in general a good one, but in its current state, the Kubuntu default profile is worse than the original. There's no history in web browsing mode! In file management mode, I can't quickly switch from big icons to detailed view. This Kubuntu profile should be removed and instead the KDE standard ones should be used (especially now that Kubuntu is going to be the reference platform for KDE, according to Shuttleworth's plans - I hear people complaining about KDE although it's Kubuntu's sole fault).

history is in the sidebar, it hasn't changed. change file manager view in the View menu

Fine. I know that it is in the sidebar, but there is no item in the menus, so nobody knows how to activate the sidebar! I will file a new bug because I can't change the status.
