xfce4-weather-plugin has redrawing problems on textbox

Bug Description

When using the weather applet in details mode, clicking on the textbox and scrolling up and down a little will reveal a redrawing problem. Please see the attached screenshot.

Thanks for your bug report. I can't reproduce it on karmic with my system, so I think this may be a graphic driver issue, reassigning.

Thanks for including an image to demonstrate the issue. Could you also please attach the output of `lspci -vvnn` and `dmesg`, and attach your /var/log/Xorg.0.log or Xorg.0.log.old file from after reproducing this issue. If you've using a custom /etc/X11/xorg.conf please attach that as well.

We're closing this bug since it is has been some time with no response from Bryce Harrington. However, if the issue still exists please feel free to reopen with the requested information. Also, if you could, please test against the latest development version of Ubuntu, since this confirms the bug is one we may be able to pass upstream for help.

To be honest, it looks more like a client rendering issue than a driver problem.
