The list of hosts available for pairing should not contain items that are already paired.

There should be a separate list of already-paired hosts so they can be unpaired. This list should not be shown if there are no paired hosts.
Unresolved issue: this will only unpair the local end, it will not unpair the remote end, so the remote end will still replicate to us.
