start system tools with gksu

Bug Description

id suggest using gksu for consistency reasons. right now each system-tools app uses its own implementation with an inconsistant behaviour to gksu. it differes in window placement and locks only the started application.

this would also include removing StartupNotify=true from the .desktop files

why have you rejected this bug? right now all system-tools apps started to use gksu, like I suggested...

Because we already have bugs on the topic and keeping duplicates is not needed
