Bug Description
That's very odd. When I boot my Ubuntu dapper up-to-date, NetworkManager starts and ask me for my keyring password to access the wep key of my wifi network. Sometimes, when I enter it, the screen fades to black and the screensaver starts. I have to type again my password to get out of it and that makes it 3 times my password just to start my linux (login, crazy netwokmanager bug, unlock screensaver).

Check to see if the time is correct after your initial logon. If I switch between Windows and Ubuntu, the time via the BIOS is reset by each OS's synchronization app. When I log onto Ubuntu, the time is wrong but then it reaches the internet and resets the clock. At this point, the screensaver thinks that it needs to kick in. I type my password to turn off the screensaver, then unlock the keyring, then all is good.
