beagle doesn't find anything after a restart of the daemon

Bug Description

When beagled is started, it indexes all files in my home directory and queries (vie beagle-search or beagle-query) return the correct files.

After stopping beagled, either by logging out or by running beagle-shutdown, and starting it again, all queries are answered by an empty result. Furthermore, beagled starts to reindex all files that had been indexed before. When this is completed, querying works again as it should, until the daemon is restarted the next time.

(current Dapper, (May 1, 2006), beagle-0.2.5-0ubuntu1)
