SDL - Prefer Pulseaudio over ALSA

Bug Description

Binary package hint: libsdl1.2debian-alsa

Jaunty is shipped with libsdl1.2debian-alsa. Since Ubuntu has moved to pulseaudio as the default sound system, the default package should be libsdl1.2debian-pulseaudio.

When playing teeworlds-0.5.1 (game that uses SDL audio) with libsdl1.2debian-alsa, CPU utilization is pegged at 100%. Once libsdl used pulseaudio directly, the issue went away. I have not been able to confirm this with other software as I'm not sure what other applications use SDL.
