handle of notification area doesn't fit well in transparent panels (clearlooks engine)

Bug Description

Hi sorry to bother if this is a clearlooks issue, i don't know. When the panel is transparent and the GTK2 theme is clearlooks, the handle of the notification area seems to use the gray background color, and not the transparent one. See screenshot at http://deep-ocean.net/captures/panel-notification-handle.png . It should use the transparent color, tinted more or less than the user's preference, to simulate the "engravement" of the small horizontal lines (sorry for the approximate words, it's too technical vocabulary for me).

this is a clearlooks specific bug. other themes use other "notification handels"

this is the same thing that happens to the window chooser and "show desktop"-button.

It has been fixed in gtk2-engines-ubuntulooks and since it is based on the clearlooks code, maybe it can be backported. The one that made the gtk2-engines-ubuntulooks code should probably look in to this.
