postrm script is broken

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-ppp

just install the package and remove it:
aptitude install gnome-ppp
aptitude purge gnome-ppp

dpkg receives an error process the postrm script

The tricky line from gnome-ppp.postrm is this one:
[ -d /usr/share/icons/hicolor ] && touch -m #ICONDIR# || true

The result is this one:

Removing gnome-ppp ...
touch: missing file operand
Try `touch --help' for more information.
dpkg: error processing gnome-ppp (--purge):

should be fixed with 0.3.23-0ubuntu2 which was uploaded some seconds ago
