Bug Description
When starting up, qt4-designer is useless, since all templates are missing and no new guis can be made.
Qt-designer and Qt-assistant both miss icons. The documentation in Qt-assistant is present.

Dapper now contains 4.1.2-1ubuntu1. Does this fix the first part of the bug for you? It should fix the missing icons.
