Bug Description
Observing with new pobelsec plugin 0.19.1 in test repository, that if one increases/decreases volume then if one presses 'fast forward' 'rewind' button on OSD player ,the progress bar does not appear soon .This behaviour is not there with previous versions of pobelsec plugin.
1.Launch Moovida
2.Play a local video
3.Increase/decrease volume
4.Press fast forward/rewind
Expected Result : Progess bar appears immediately
Current Result : Progess bar does not appear immediately
