Please sync pdftk 1.41+dfsg-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The Debian package used a versioned build-dependency on gcj. The Ubuntu
changes were it get it build with the then current version of gcj (first
gcj-4.3, later gcj-4.4). The Debian package uses now an unversioned gcj as
Build-Dependency.
This +dfsg version also fixes bug 384515 (pdftk - Files - Sun confidential
code).

According to sistpoty on #ubuntu-motu it doesn't need a FFe:
2009-09-18 23:06:27 sistpoty geser: just quote me in the sync request that no FFe is needed
