Bug Description
Divmod.MockBrowser is a good implementation of a mock DOM framework that can be relatively easily extended. Some stuff is already in Tests/DOMUtil.js, (does this need a new name? MockDOM?) but there are some odds and ends in Tests/Util.js such as "MockNode" (which is a duplication of effort) and "MockWidget" which can probably be made more concise and moved to Tests/DOMUtil.js.
