It still cannot run!
and don't launch apport! (/var/crash is empty!)

I have gnome-shell 2.28.0-0ubuntu2.

the output of gnome-shell -r is:

I don't have access to that system!
But it has ATI graphic card with open source ATI drivers.

It's graphic had some problems.

But now, in another system I face with this error and apport did not luanched!

$ gnome-shell -r
