FFe: Add an xsplash theme for Sabily

i found that Xsplash themes are easy to work arround, You can find the xsplash images in /usr/share/images/xsplash
You can also change the animation style as you like using the png files The current xsplash theme has a bar that shines a light in one direction:

I think that you can change the default theme from /etc/gdm/Init/Default or just check the ppa package post script

You can also test it out when your done editing by running "sudo xsplash" in the terminal, followed by ctrl-c to close it.
