Clear out sampledata (and other) fossils

1) Resolve duplicate sampledata

We have src/osi/sampledata and src/osi/scripts/sampledata. I believe the latter is part of the orphaned bulk-loader, to be discussed next. On the former, ensure that it isn't used, then remove it.

2) Sampledata and bulk loader script

I'm pretty sure this is all way out of date and was dumb (written by me) from the beginning. The importer should change to use the pseudo-view-invocation approach. The sample data should do lorem ipsum.

- Remove the src/osi/scripts/sampledata directory

- Remove the console script that does the bulk loader, including the entry point

3) src/osi/docs

This is all generated boilerplate, just a decoy.

- Remove all this worthless noise

- Both in osi and all the customization packages

4) src/osi/switch

- Per our discussion, remove this in all customization packages

- Make sure there are no entry points for this
