Bug Description

Package: nvu
Version: 1.0-0ubuntu4

Please find attached a file created with nvu; if you select the 'selection list' in the form and now add another option under the group the whole selection list disappears for me.

Edit the selection list and add an option at the bottom - for me it disappears.
