beagle.xpi should not be gzipped

Bug Description

The file /usr/share/doc/beagle/mozilla-extension/beagle.xpi.gz should not be gzipped. The compressed file is actually 22 bytes larger then the original, because xpi files are compressed anyway. Gzipping also invalidates the instructions in the associated README file, by requiring the file to be gunzipped before use.

If some policy or other requires doc files to be compressed, then beagle.xpi should be moved to /usr/share/beagle (currently empty). Preferably, it should be installed directly into firefox as mentioned in https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/beagle/+bug/32354
