Bug Description

When I look at /var/log/dmesg output, I see numerous cases of misaligned resource pointers. Is this a bug? Should it be fixed? I don't know if it's important or not. Here's the dmesg output:

Just an overly paranoid check in the kernel. Can be removed by the attached patch.

The messages can be ignored so long as you are having no problems. The message is important if you are having problems though, so I don't want to remove it.

Please use the latest kernel as well (this shows -22 in the dmesg, when we are now at -25).
